MEET THE TEAM
Brad Nolin, MSPT, CSCS, BHS, BHSA
Physical Therapist & Owner of On-Site Physical Therapy, LLC
Brad started On-Site Physical Therapy in 2005 with one clinic and has since expanded state wide, currently with 11 clinics within the Country Club setting.
Brad graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Health Administration, and the University of Florida with a B.S. in Health Science and master's in Physical Therapy. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist (CSCS). Brad is certified by Titleist Performance Institute as a TPI level I golf fitness instructor and is also trained in Neurac I by Red Cord, a unique method for treating musculoskeletal ailments. Brad also has extensive training in orthopedic physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family: wife Jen and two boys Jack (7) and Brody (5). Some of Brad's hobbies include offshore fishing, free diving, running and vacationing to
Dr. Alexandra W. Brown, PT, DPT

Alex received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Auburn University. Alex has received extensive training in musculoskeletal disorders relating to sports injuries, daily aches and pains along with vestibular, balance, acute care, osteoporosis training and various neurological disorders.
Alex has a special interest in manual therapy to the cervical, thoracic and lumbar/SI joint regions of the spine. She also has specializations in vestibular (“Vertigo”) and Lymphedema management. Alex is also trained in Neurac I by Red Cord, a unique method for treating musculoskeletal ailments.
Dr.Jaime Schuette, PT
Dr. Jaime L. Schuette, BA, MPT, DPT, CSCS graduated with honors from Creighton University in 2006 where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Marquette University in 1999 and 2001 where she obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology and Masters in Physical Therapy. She holds certifications in Strength and Conditioning-NSCA, Ashtanga Yoga, Health Coaching, and Pre-employment/Return to work Screening. She was a TA for Kinesiology and Gross Anatomy while at Marquette, established the first health professional position for Ave Maria University where she was responsible for the assessment and treatment of the men's and women's soccer and basketball teams, served as a Clinical Coordinator of Clinical Education and Clinical Instructor while working for Cleveland Clinic in Naples, Florida, has led interactive sessions on diabetes, balance, the vestibular system, and sports performance for middle and high schoolers, established Fitness On Tap in 2015 to provide personal and corporate wellness/injury prevention, is published in Cambridge Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals in Healthcare, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Societies. She has worked with all age groups in all settings including professional athletes and spent six and a half years as a traveling physical therapist throughout the US.
Amy Boyd, PT, MPT, BES, CTM1

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She has taken many continuing education courses since then with an emphasis on orthopedic and manual therapy. Some of these include: Spinal Evaluation and Manipulation (S1), Advanced Evaluation and Manipulation of Pelvis, Lumbar & Thoracic Spine (S2), Extremity Evaluation and Manipulation (E1), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Functional Gait, Functional Orthopedics, Evidence-Based Examination of the Cervical Spine, Mulligan Upper Quadrant and Advanced Assessment and Treatment of Shoulder Disorders. Amy is certified in cervico-thoracic manipulation and is certified by Titleist Performance Institute as a TPI level I golf fitness instructor.
Amy has been a therapist with On-Site Physical Therapy since September 2008. Prior to that she had experience with Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center where she served as the Rehabilitation Director and at Sunspectrum Outpatient Rehabilitation where she served as Director of Physical Therapy.
Amy has been an avid volleyball player both indoors and on the beach for many years. Amy started off her college career at the University of Auburn playing indoor volleyball on a full athletic scholarship. She later played competitive beach volleyball on tour for many years and now plays mainly for fun on local beaches with friends.
John N. Butler, MPT, ATC, CSCS

John earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA in 1997. After graduating, his passion for orthopedic and sports injuries led him to obtain certifications as an athletic trainer (ATC) and a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). John went on to serve as the Rehabilitation Coordinator for the Miami Marlins, Cincinnati Reds and New York Mets baseball teams. He then spent 10 years as the Clinic Manger for an outpatient rehabilitation facility where he treated many local high school, college and professional athletes. John has comprehensive experience treating a wide variety of conditions and disorders of the spine and extremities. He strives to provide the highest standard of care and compassion to each individual. John is originally from New York and has enjoyed living in South Florida for over 20 years. He resides in Boca Raton with his wife and four children.
Dr. Samantha Meyers, DPT, CMPT

Samantha earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. She has worked extensively in the outpatient setting, treating a variety of orthopedic, neurological and vestibular conditions. She is a certified manual physical therapist as well as LSVT BIG certified, which is a program designed to help people with Parkinson’s disease improve their quality of life. Having undergone ACL reconstruction on both knees from sports injuries as a young athlete, she has a special passion for treating and preventing knee injuries. She is a native born Palm Beach County resident, and loves spending time with her husband and two young sons.
Michele Land, PT

Michele received her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1991. She has practiced and lived in Florida since 1996. Her experience includes extensive training in orthopedic physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques. The past 12 years she has been in an out-patient orthopedic setting with wide variety of musculo-skeletal and neuro-muscular conditions ranging from acute post operative orthopedic care to extensive spinal manual therapy and sports injuries.
She has a strong focus on targeted evaluation with a hands on manual approach using a wide variety of manual skills to achieve effective outcomes based on best evidence practice.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 teenage sons, fishing, kayaking and traveling.
Oscar Flores, DPT

Mr. Oscar Flores obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, and his BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Chile. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Flores has worked at numerous rehabilitation facilities, including a level 1 Trauma Center, where he was the Team Leader of the Spinal Rehabilitation Program and Amputee Rehabilitation Program. He consistently attends annual Spine and Orthopedic educational seminars to stay updated on the latest research to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. Dr. Flores treats patients of all ages and populations, and specializes in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, with an emphasis on Spinal disorders, Shoulder, Hip, and Knee injuries.
Dr. Darlezy Darbouze

Dr. Darlenzy Darbouze, aka (Dr. D) is a dedicated, licensed Physical Therapist originally based in New York City, now in Florida, with 15 years of experience in sports, orthopedic and fitness industry. Dr. Darbouze earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences in New York City. Before completing his medical training in physical therapy, Dr. Darbouze was a certified personal trainer at various New York City gyms, where he educated clients on adapting a healthier lifestyle, including weight management, sports specific training, pilates, core strength, conditioning, and weight training. Dr. Darbouze is also an accomplished martial artist in Kung Fu, as well as accomplished bodybuilder, winning the National NPC Bodybuilding competition. Presently, Dr. Darbouze offers many services as a Physical Therapist, including one-on-one manual therapy, including, but not limited to myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, A.R.T, joint mobilization. He specializes in sports rehabilitation, pre & post-surgical interventions, core strength and conditioning, postural reeducation, and cardiac rehab. He also provides pediatric physical therapy. Dr. Darbouze has a high success rate of rehabilitating patients with various conditions, such as; Spinal disc herniation & dysfunctions, Shoulder, Wrist, Knee & Ankle injuries. David McAlpine PT, DPT

David earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and his Bachelors in Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. He received his Board Certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities. David has in-depth experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries in both non-operative and postoperative patients, as well as other conditions requiring physical therapy such as neurological, vestibular, and balance disorders. In addition, David is TPI level-1 certified by the Titleist Performance Institute. David has a passion for delivering focused, individualized, and hands-on treatment for his patients. He is a South Florida Native and when he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Michael Fall, DPT

Michael has over 37 years of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy. He received his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University, a master’s degree in orthopedic physical therapy from Quinnipiac University and earned a PhD in biomechanics from the University of Connecticut. He Is originally from Connecticut and now resides in Port St Lucie with his wife Michele. He has three grown children. Michael enjoys golfing, working out and reading. Steven Bass, PT

Steven Bass is a Registered Physical Therapist from South Africa having graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1987, he got his post graduate degree in Sports Medicine/Science from the University of Cape Town in 1989 and worked in private practice until he immigrated to the United States in 1991. He has worked in a variety of skilled environments from hospital based Pinecrest rehabilitation, private practice outpatient therapy as well as treating patients just released from hospitalization in their homes. Steven is currently working with Onsite physical therapy at Quail Ridge. His treatment approach tends to be holistic and more manual (hands on) therapy oriented; he is currently in the process of certifying in trigger-point Myofascial released dry needling, which has just been approved for physical therapist to be performed by the Florida legislature. When he is not working, he tries to set by example of keeping fit/healthy and maintaining a balanced life.
