Brad started On-Site Physical Therapy in 2005 with one clinic and has since expanded state wide, currently with 11 clinics within the Country Club setting. Brad graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Health Administration, and the University of Florida with a B.S. in Health Science and master's in Physical Therapy. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist (CSCS). Brad is certified by Titleist Performance Institute as a TPI level I golf fitness instructor and is also trained in Neurac I by Red Cord, a unique method for treating musculoskeletal ailments. Brad also has extensive training in orthopedic physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family: wife Jen and two boys Jack (7) and Brody (5). Some of Brad's hobbies include offshore fishing, free diving, running and vacationing to Colorado to snowboard.
Dr. Alexandra W. Brown, PT, DPT Admirals Cove Country Club Director of Clinical Education
Alex received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Auburn University. Alex has received extensive training in musculoskeletal disorders relating to sports injuries, daily aches and pains along with vestibular, balance, acute care, osteoporosis training and various neurological disorders. Alex has a special interest in manual therapy to the cervical, thoracic and lumbar/SI joint regions of the spine. She also has specializations in vestibular (“Vertigo”) and Lymphedema management. Alex is also trained in Neurac I by Red Cord, a unique method for treating musculoskeletal ailments.
Michele Land, PT Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club
Michele received her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1991. She has practiced and lived in Florida since 1996. Her experience includes extensive training in orthopedic physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques. The past 12 years she has been in an out-patient orthopedic setting with wide variety of musculo-skeletal and neuro-muscular conditions ranging from acute post operative orthopedic care to extensive spinal manual therapy and sports injuries. She has a strong focus on targeted evaluation with a hands on manual approach using a wide variety of manual skills to achieve effective outcomes based on best evidence practice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 teenage sons, fishing, kayaking and traveling.
Dr. David Zimmerman, DPT, CSCS Ibis Golf & Country Club David graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy with treatment focus on orthopedic issues such as neck, low back, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle conditions, as well as neurological, geriatric, cardiac conditions. David is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Level 2 Certified. When he isn't treating patients, David is a husband and father of a 2 yr old daughter, likes to dabble in artwork, and loves to go fishing.
Amanda Genella, PTA Admirals Cove Country Club
Amanda is a Chicago-area native, who served 6 years in the Army; and moved down to South Florida to be closer to family and the warm weather. She received her A.S. in Physical Therapist Assisting from South University in 2011. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings including acute, sub-acute, home health and outpatient. Experience she has acquired from working in different settings incorporate: musculoskeletal disorders, orthopedics, vestibular and vertigo disorders, back/neck pain, neurological disorders, Kinesio taping and manual therapy. She recently completed her B.S. in Sport Management: Fitness and Wellness from California University of Pennsylvania’s online program, where she is currently pursing her M.S. in Performance Enhancement, Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation Science. In her spare time, she loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and water/snow sports.
Dr. Samantha Meyers, DPT, CMPT Hunters Run Golf & Racquet Club
Samantha earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. She has worked extensively in the outpatient setting, treating a variety of orthopedic, neurological and vestibular conditions. She is a certified manual physical therapist as well as LSVT BIG certified, which is a program designed to help people with Parkinson’s disease improve their quality of life. Having undergone ACL reconstruction on both knees from sports injuries as a young athlete, she has a special passion for treating and preventing knee injuries. She is a native born Palm Beach County resident, and loves spending time with her husband and two young sons.
Amy Boyd, PT, MPT, BES, CTM1 Ibis Golf & Country Club
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She has taken many continuing education courses since then with an emphasis on orthopedic and manual therapy. Some of these include: Spinal Evaluation and Manipulation (S1), Advanced Evaluation and Manipulation of Pelvis, Lumbar & Thoracic Spine (S2), Extremity Evaluation and Manipulation (E1), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Functional Gait, Functional Orthopedics, Evidence-Based Examination of the Cervical Spine, Mulligan Upper Quadrant and Advanced Assessment and Treatment of Shoulder Disorders. Amy is certified in cervico-thoracic manipulation and is certified by Titleist Performance Institute as a TPI level I golf fitness instructor. Amy has been a therapist with On-Site Physical Therapy since September 2008. Prior to that she had experience with Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center where she served as the Rehabilitation Director and at Sunspectrum Outpatient Rehabilitation where she served as Director of Physical Therapy. Amy has been an avid volleyball player both indoors and on the beach for many years. Amy started off her college career at the University of Auburn playing indoor volleyball on a full athletic scholarship. She later played competitive beach volleyball on tour for many years and now plays mainly for fun on local beaches with friends .
John N. Butler, MPT, ATC, CSCS Gleneagles Country Club
John earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA in 1997. After graduating, his passion for orthopedic and sports injuries led him to obtain certifications as an athletic trainer (ATC) and a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). John went on to serve as the Rehabilitation Coordinator for the Miami Marlins, Cincinnati Reds and New York Mets baseball teams. He then spent 10 years as the Clinic Manger for an outpatient rehabilitation facility where he treated many local high school, college and professional athletes. John has comprehensive experience treating a wide variety of conditions and disorders of the spine and extremities. He strives to provide the highest standard of care and compassion to each individual. John is originally from New York and has enjoyed living in South Florida for over 20 years. He resides in Boca Raton with his wife and four children.
